We will replace or sometimes repair the item and ship it back to you free. All items returned for reasons other than above must be shipped back at your cost. If you want credit to your account for your next order we will give you full credit less our shipping cost on that order. Example, you order a $100.00 jacket, choose the wrong color, style or size, send it back for credit less our shipping cost we paid for you when we shipped your order free, approximately. 15.00 your credit 85.00 on your next order and we will ship it Free. Please understand, because of our free shipping cost, we must limit the number of times you may keep exchanging items. You may be subject to a 15% restocking charge per item returned plus the cost of our shipping. We just could not afford to keep shipping and exchanging items at our cost, if you kept ordering the wrong, color, style or size .If you want a cash refund, the order is subject to a 15% restocking charge plus our cost for the free shipping. Please understand we must do this as we ship items free. Example, you order a $100.00 jacket, choose the wrong color, style or size and just want to return it for cash in the original condition with tags.
